    Registration is OPEN! We're excited to welcome players of all levels to the 2026 MHR Rugby season — from beginners to elite. Whether you're new to the game or returning, now's the time to sign up — we've got a place for you.

    • Who: Players in age groups U10-U18 (girls/boys). All skill levels welcome — beginners encouraged. See our Teams page for age-group details.
    • When: View full dates and fixtures on our Schedule page.
    • Cost: Season fees and pricing are listed on our main page — see fee details.
    • What to bring: Water bottle, boots/cleats, mouthguard, comfortable sportswear — we'll supply basics and guidance for contact training.
    • Safety & Coaching: Player welfare is our priority: progressive contact coaching, warm-ups, and medical protocols in place. Our coaches focus on skill, effort, and fun.
